Calling Heidi! Apple Dippers! Isn't that name taken?

My local grocery store just stuck a pile of 'Apple Dippers' in its refrigerated foods section. These are cinammon coated graham crackers with apple sauce. There are five packs, basically using the small section for the sauce and the large section for the graham crackers. (Similar packaging the the cheese and crackers that have been out for a while).

My question is how well did Dippy protect the Dippers name? The above product needs no refrigeration, although my store put it there anyway. It is made by the 500 pound gorilla KRAFT, who would certainly go after Dippy if it decided to release a product using 'Krafty' Cheese.

I'm glad that Kraft is realizing the market for this type of product, but I sure didn't like the name. As posted earlier, Kraft bundled it's cheese and crackers with pudding and a drink into a self-contained snack. It wouldn't be hard for them to substitute the apple version for the cheese version. Still, these are not nutritionally complete, and I have no idea what they taste like.
