True, all of this type company are pouring money into their infrastructures at the moment, the "earnings" will soon follow. Ya' gotta' spend money to make money. :-)

Now that QWST has chosen U.S. West perhaps the market will start to notice that ESPI already has quite a bit of CLEC coverage, something that QWST had to shell out a ton of money to get.
