I use MyTrack (www.mytrack.com). The full package with all exchanges real-time is about $175 a month.

The useful info on OTC Level II is kinda lame compared to what you get for NASD stocks. For OTC I get the MM lineup (bid/ask) and a transaction log. If you watch closely you can interpret the buys/sells and figure out the market dynamics.

It's a lot easier with more info on Level II NASD.
