Mad2, Congratulations on the research. Something I did some time back. I found all the ownerships interesting and a little confusing at first. Bottom line was UK EB stores are not owned by ELBO. The UK EB Management contract with ELBO is based on sales and profit. So any great results in UK contributes To ELBO's bottom line.

ELBO has a great growth program at this point and many places to grow. Given the management contract, I wonder if they would really be interested in buying the UK operation.

Pure speculation - It could be the Nevada Trust has money it needs to put to work, and some other owner would like to sell.
