Dear Bill: Well, I can tell you regarding GUMM I have been glad to read the back and forth arguements of the bulls and bears on GUMM. I have come to the conclusion that the bears, including yourself, base most of their negatives on the current weak financial condition of GUMM and the possible dilutive future financings, whereas the Bulls base most of their arguements on the Distribution setup, promise of the product, particularly Zicam. Would you say I have summed it up or is there something else I am overlooking? JDN
