I visited a few different health sites including drkoop.com and still wasn't coming up with what I needed. I emailed them with my problem and received the information (exactly what was needed) the next day!! Although you may think the site looks superficial I think it is better to keep it simple for the everyday person and go from there. I would suggest that you try it out for yourself and see what you think. (Everyone undoubtedly has some medical issue that they could or would benefit from having more information.) Also if you own stock already be sure and give them your feedback. They will be interested. I would have to rate my experience with their customer service as an "A". They paid attention, they responded quickly, they provided exactly what as needed with a high level of professionalism and it was FREE....how can you beat that???
