NPLS; volume studies on NPLS are not proving effective here....early signal passed by ... now we are at second signal and seeing additional consolidation.....can't offer an opinion at this time... still holding ...obviously I would prefer some action... Current sideways consolidation pattern is not one that is often seen in IPOs, at least in my experience and observations.... SO I remain poised....
