Dale Baker - I apologize knew this would pop up about a week after I archived the documents. Took him longer to bring it up; probably got another email from the UK; I should be getting something in the next two days again. As one of the main reasons the attorney in nYC called me was not only the Lucent questioning, but my remark about so and so not being so honest nor forthright, after having begged hiom for some explanations and some public releases. I won't be copying anybody's anything anomore Dale, it is all being perused so they know who writes and what is written. Jacalyn M. Deaner
