Intelliquis Y2K Test Featured in Staples' North American Point-Of-Purchase and Web Site Promotions
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 1999--Intelliquis International Inc. (OTC BB: INTQ), a premier provider of personal computer and Internet software, today announced its year-2000 hardware and software test is being featured in a point-of-purchase and web site promotion with Staples Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS - news), the largest operator of office superstores in the world.
During the promotion, Staples is offering its customers free Intelliquis Y2K test disks through a point-of-purchase display in each of its 850 superstores located throughout North America, as well as a free download of the program from the Staples' Web site (http://www.staples.com). The Intelliquis Y2K test disk allows users to test key elements of their computer's hardware, software and operating systems for Millennium bugs, which can be repaired by upgrading to either the IntelliFIX 2000(TM) standard or PRO versions.
According to Mark Tippets, Intelliquis' vice president of sales, the point-of-purchase promotion with Staples gives the company an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of its Y2K solution.

Intelliquis' IntelliFIX 2000 software automatically diagnoses, inventories and repairs year 2000 date problems in a PC's hardware, software and data. The software individually addresses and resolves each key level of impact in a PC: hardware (BIOS and CMOS real-time clock), operating system, software and data-file conflicts.
The IntelliFIX 2000 standard version includes a self-booting software utility for diagnosing and repairing all levels of impact in PC hardware, including BIOS and CMOS real-time clock. It also includes software for testing and repairing a PC's operating system and application conflicts.
The IntelliFIX 2000 PRO version includes all software found in the standard version, as well as an additional data scanner. The meticulous data scanner drills down to each cell in users' spreadsheet and database files (e.g. Lotus 1-2-3, Microsoft Access, Word and Excel) to locate year 2000-date problems associated with data. The IntelliFIX 2000 standard version has a suggested retail price of $29.99, while the PRO version retails for $49.99.
Intelliquis' Y2K products recently received a Level 5 rating in Solace Consultancy's Millennium Test report -- the highest possible rating in the report and the only product tested that received the Level 5 designation.
