That assumes you have a choice. Our judges will give it to me if I can make even a remotely feasible claim to relevance. Basically, they want the information on the table. They do NOT want to give primary residence to person A and find out a year or two later that person A was writing in their diary how they were plotting to deny visitation to person B as much as they could. They also don't want to deal with motions to reopen on the grounds that it came out that person A had improperly squirreled money away and mention of was made in the diary or personal records the person B requested but was refused access to.

So they basically let it all hang out an let the couple finish the fight the first time with all the ammunition they can muster.
