For all of you that don't get the mail newsletter "Financial Sentinel" by Gulf/Atlanic publishing they have a nice article slamming E-trade . "....No answers One of the biggest frustrations many customers have is in trying to get satisfaction. Customer service lines are often engaged, e-mails are unanswered and as our Investigative team found out even formal written requests for information from E*trade were ignored..." Volume 2 Issue 8 pg 49 used without permission Author Don Philpott They also talk about e-trade having a sucess rate of 81% (suretrade had a 46%) This study ( by Keynote Systems ) considered a unsucessful trade to be if the pages took more than 12 seconds to load. Nice to see that someone is taking notice. Good trading all
