Simply because you don't understand the complaint does not make it any less real to complainer. And the complainer doesn't complain to whine, but to make better.

Who says I do not understand the complaint? I merely do not understand the constant complaining, a big difference. A hypochondriac also thinks their pains are very real. If you focus on the negative, you will live the negative.

My glass just happens to be half full.
