Hello Rod
I'm sure your question was tongue in cheek. It ain't good for any long suffering shareholder. Most stocks that consolidate usually fall in price even after the consolidation, though, there has been exceptions ,e.g,Liquidation World.
It seems they're trying to distant themselves from the old Instant Publisher with a new name, new share price, new technology, etc.
I suspect shortly after this consolidation you'll see a major hype campaign to sell the new company.
About the only way I can see to make any money on this dog is to average down low enough & to get out when you break even.
One thing this company is good at &thats promotion. At least they were with Instant Publisher. To that end I think theirs room for a 20-50 % bump after the hype begins.
Anyone else share my view on this. Good luck.
