Conversation with Kevin at CFG Repost from RB that I thought was well done. I was especially happy to read that 6 analysts including one from AG Edwards were present at the recent Conf. Call. By: ai333 Reply To: None Monday, 19 Jul 1999 at 11:49 AM EDT Post # of 3115 I spoke with Kevin Holmes, Sr. VP Columbia Financial Group, about the conference call and upcoming events with WINR. From his perspective, the two key points made during the conference call were that Skinner alluded to new Casino contracts (two?) and that earnings will be released within 7 days. A PR on the new contracts should be forthcoming in the near future. Regarding analysts on the call, Kevin indicated there were six (including AG Edwards and Global Financial). Detailed earnings should be reported within a week. A balance sheet should be available in early September when the company becomes fully reporting. Kevin implied that short term the stock price could be aided with the earnings release because it would be the first quarter to quarter comparison available for investors. When the company is fully reporting, it will allow CFG to go after a new audience of investors (i.e. some mutual funds). They do not have any plans to post an audio of the conference call. A transcript should be available within about a week. I asked that it be posted on the CFG site and/or the WINR site and there is a good possibility that it will be posted on the WINR site. I also mentioned that the stock info link on the WINr site links to a CFG page that says under construction. Kevin indicated that the CFG site should be up in about a week. With the above, it is not my intent to speak for Kevin. This is my interpretation of my call with him.
