SEPRACOR'S SHARES HAVE BEEN PRICED! NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--An offering of 3,489,301 common shares of ChiRex Inc. (CHRX), currently held by Sepracor Inc. (SEPR), was priced at $9.50 each through underwriters led by Smith Barney Inc. Gross spread is 58 cents, selling concession is 34 cents and reallowance is 10 cents.
