I don't know about Win2000 ...

But here's a guess: Look at the backward compatibility. If it'll run anything from feather quill pen printers to green lasers, cave-man software to the latest stuff, you can be sure it contains code from all these periods in history too. If it can only run the most recent stuff AND NOTHING OLD, you'll know the old code is gone.

P.S. I don't like Windows messing up. I just don't like cleaning the mess even more. DiskImage is like fire insurance or snow-blowers: you buy them, but you hope not to require them.

P.P.S. There I go again! Why can't I remember if it's DiskImage or DriveImage? Anyway, It comes from PowerQuest in a blue box. And Gin comes in a bottle, as Aspirins do too. All making computing easier.
