Shareholders,

The impressive structure in Richmond is now full of holes and cannot contain the smell of the organic waste, can it? That means the
waste generators can't deliver waste to TTRIF in Richmond, it seems. Has TTRIF arranged for the waste, as little as it might be, to be
delivered to some other facility to be processed? Will it be delivered directly to other waste handlers or will the Richmond plant act as a
transfer station by receiving the waste and then hauling it to other processing plants. The other option is to haul the waste to existing
landfill sites like Burns Bog south of Vancouver and Richmond.

I'm sure TTRIF will have to pay more for dumping into a landfill than it receives from the current waste suppliers. I'm not sure TTRIF's
permits will allow it to act as a waste transfer station. There is no way to contain the odors.

Also, what will be done with the waste material already in the process system? Will it be disposed of by an environmentally friendly
method or will it be flushed down the Richmond sewer system? There must be tons and tons of waste that should be hauled away
ASAP. That stuff will get pretty stinky real fast and it should be dealt with in the next day or two at the latest.

Dumping the slurry into the sewers could cause a rash of new problems for TTRIF unless it gets permission from the Municipality of
Richmond. Rene, please use a proper method of disposal and don't pollute our environment.

Could one of the loyal shareholders ask IR how TTRIF is going to handle current and future organic waste while the Richmond plant is
out of operation.

Thanks,

Tom Kinakin
