Reminder that the float is very tiny, 1.5 stated, less than 1 mil. effective, and they have an announcement of AttorneysOnline web portal coming for the 31st, as well as the launch on the 31st.
They already have deal signed with Amazon for legal book sales, massively increasing sales, NASDAQ listed, many strategic alliances to kick in once portal is launched. They are not jumping the internet bandwagon. This is a legitimate extension of their existing, increasingly profitable business.
Stock went from $1 to over $8 in one day back in January when their intent to do the AttorneysOnline web portal was announced. It's reasonable to think there will be another jump in the next 2 weeks when the project is realized.
Very strong support in the $2 range, last at $2.75
There hasn't been any important news in a few weeks, yet the price is up considerably since then on increased volume. I have it from the President and CEO that the launch will be announced ahead of time. Also, the launch itself is a couple of weeks early, so it could catch everyone off-guard.
