take a look at another sector, Cell phones. Its pretty easy to be given a free phone with activation. The cost is built in the activation and/or monthly usage fee.

Multiple of earnings is the ultimate goal here. He who controls the account holds the gold. I saw a post last week and cannot place it right now; ISP subscribers change frequently. i have a little more faith that the ISP's will survive once this all shakes out. AOL is too big that Dell and others wont have to deal with some what.
