Phil, >I can't imagine that all of those are outstanding< They are not all outstanding in that Richard Brock owns about 35% of the company give or take and there are a few other insiders that own another 4 or 5 %. Also I know of another 200,000 shares that have not been traded today which is another 4% of the outstanding shares. My guess the shorts are beginning to pile on it and if that's the case we may see $20 this week. By the way for those whom want to short it and can not find shares there are 200,000 shares being held at Charles Schwab that I know of, so be my guest and go borrow them. Hank
