NVXE formerly was a reporting company. However with the FORMER decline in price and its BB listing, SEC filings temporarily ceased. With that said, because of the increased income (with more to follow), the filings are supposedly going to start up again.

Note: Todays activity coupled with 2 strong recommendations could very well be what we've been hoping for (some of us for YEARS).
