Any opinions on whether this could adversely affect the stock? Derek, I do not believe this lawsuit will adversely affect COMS stock in the long run. However, COMS was holding up rather well in a very bad NASDAQ market until this news was released. It is my opinion the uncertainty added sellers and reduced buyers. There has been time to digest this information and I believe the market will treat this as a non event. It is very odd how much insider selling did occur during the time frame mentioned. I am personally skeptical of the morals of top management in this issue. I have not taken the time to look at past insider selling patterns. Possibly, this was not atypical. Glenn
