dman, I have been absent from SI for several days and I did not realize that WWIII had broken out.
I would suggest that the XSNI transfer agent has more accurate information about the XSNI float than any XSNI employee, unless that employee is either the CFO of XSNI or one of XSNI's attorneys. I believe that Jacalyn accurately posted the information that she given and if you are concerned about her veracity, I would suggest that you contact the transfer agent directly. I believe that JD posted the number somewhere on the thread.
As for the "quiet period", Dale Baker is correct when he notes that it generally relates to an offering. While the SEC takes a dim view of companies prepromoting their offerings, they also encourage entities to provide their shareholders with the most basic of information. XSNI, for whatever reason, has chosen to be "quiet." Don't you find it just a bit "disquieting" that XSNI bothered to have their attorneys contact JD rather than respond to the requests for basic information?
It should be interesting to see how, if at all, XSNI/X-Stream responds to the Bloomberg article. Bloomberg often makes errors. As for XSNI/X-Stream, there is no connection on the X-Stream web site, so the error, if it is an error, is easily explainable. |
