Clarence,

1) type it out (probably the fastest)

2) From NT: open a: and hit alt/print screen, then use paint or whatever to capture the image and convert it to a jpeg file and mail the jpeg.

3) copy the contents of the floppy to a folder on your hdd (call it "x" for instance.
boot to dos and do the command:
dir c:\x>c:\contents

Then go back to NT and find the file c:\contents which will have the directory list.

Probably PW has a faster way, but I'm first with it.
