Jeff here is my pick for Tuesday, SYCR Synconys: Market Capitalization $431.0K Shares Outstanding 25.4M Float 6.10M reason why I like it: stock was 4 cents couple days ago. Why are people selling this to make it go down to 1.5 cents. I see a good techincal bounce to 4 cents again giving a 200%+ return. No news, No DD purely a technical bounce for a penny stock. float is low company only worth 400K. jimmy
