Of course, your example is black and white, and trying to apply black and white conditions to a grey world won't work. It will simply frustrate you until your perception of events fails or grossly excludes other real possibilities. We are talking about the largeness of real life and not simple yes/no equations.

You've already drawn a loose analogy between Clinton's being a rapist to OJ Simpson's jury mis-verdict to a simplistic example of someone slashing a throat, all to assert that if the limited current evidence suggests Clinton is a rapist he is in fact a rapist even before a trial. To top it off you add that if I don't agree with your example then there's no conversation!

For my part I recognize that lawyers and politicians will duke this out until there's no money left or political opportunity has passed.
