<<<Sometimes there just isn't enough time.>>>
Nor sufficient numbers of qualified engineers/programmers available, espically with similtaneous breakdowns in the same and adjacent areas,
nor available replacement boards or parts, etc.,, espically with similtaneous outages, and many others ordering at the same time (remember JIT?),
nor their being able to get to work to do the fixes, if/when gasoline is unavailbe/severely rationed, or prohibitive in price, or the gas lines stacked for hours,
nor,if the planes bringing in the desperately needed parts are grounded,
nor if there is civil unrest,
nor if the emergency workers needed prefer to stay at home and guard the family and homestead,
nor, if these workers have more important needs, e.g., finding clean water, food, warmth, etc.,
nor, if their companies are bankrupt due to no cash flow,
the list of potential nors is endless.......
Just one example why it is absurd for the pollys to try to conjure up a SINGLE example of 'see, everything was fixed ok, and life is wonderful', in the BEST OF TIMES, when all was normal, as any logical basis to try to predict there is ANY LOGICIAL CORRELATION TO BREAKDOWNS IN THE WORST OF TIMES! A self-evident logic. |
