I came to this realization in a big way late last year in the middle of eating Chinese food at a BALUG meeting (SF area Linux users
group). That, and the realization of how weak the 'Linux' brand is.

The current and future demand for Sys Admins *so outstrips the supply of qualified people, as to make IT consolidation into big scalable servers, a no brainer (present company excepted).
