I just called the Company and Weston Partners:

The research report was written for current shareholders as an
informational piece. Weston Partners felt that the shareholders have not
been properly informed of current and proposed events.

Weston Partners was hired as Investment Banker to find strategic
partners and secure financing...to take ADOT to the next level.

It is my understanding that the company plans on delivering the first board
by late September.
