Laugh...no Charles...GT was high on me to the tune of about $21 a share. And many of us sat by and watched as GT released more and more millions of shares and cash to make their purchases. As I remember there wasn't a single acquisition that was on a strict cash basis.

Don't take my crack about Penthouse Duke Nukem as having anything to do with GT's downward spiral, only that it was indicative of the kind of thinking that was guiding GT. I don't cite it as having anything to do with Duke's popularity or sales. What I do believe is that it was a clear indication of the direction management wanted to go (in some regards) and that direction would probably have failed very miserably. The fact is during late '97 and '98, few companies could have botched things more.
