MORE SUPER NEWS >>Ticketmaster <TMCS.O> sees deal adding $10 million

SEATTLE, July 19 (Reuters) - Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch chief executive officer, Charles Conn, said Monday he expects the acquisition of Microsoft Corp.'s city guide Internet properties will add about $10 million to revenues in the first year.

Conn, in a conference call with reporters and analysts, said the estimate includes revenue from new advertising accounts but not the impact of an included deal to distribute Ticketmaster services through Microsoft's MSN Web portal.

Executives also said in the call that the deal will affect about 90 Microsoft employees in 10 cities who produce the Sidewalk online arts and entertainment guides.

Conn said many of the employees will be able to find work at Ticketmaster if they agree to move. Some of the Sidewalk offices will be retained or merged with Ticketmaster offices in the same location.

Conn, who said the deal would close sometime in the fall, said he did not know what would happen to the Sidewalk name, which Ticketmaster acquired in the deal.
