It has come out, from friends, that JFK Jr. did have political aspirations. How do you think he was going to fulfill those goals? On his own? How? All he has ever done, other that be the son af a president is to execute a well rehearsed salute, fail a grade in prep school, fail two bar exams, marry a socialite, and start a magazine that is now in financial trouble. His only allure to the voters would be the fact that his father was a president, even though, his dad never got a single one of his proposed bills enacted by congress.
His violent death is a tragedy to his family as the death of the two sisters is to their family. But, he is not, and never was a legitimate American icon. Camelot has never existed either in myth, legend, or modern times. TD |
