JW, based on my 30+ year background as a semiconductor peddler, a 1.2 btb is extraordinary! Anything larger is just an indication that the company is going delinquent to backlog. Instinet is only a true barometer when the trades are up <g>. Q will be up tomorrow big imo, but who cares - I'm not selling. Frank
