PMac,

I don't like DDEQ now and I will stand firm to that. UPCA is a different story. I just haven't done the research that I did on DDEQ. From the Research that I have done, I don't like it and I'll stand up and say it. Let's think about it logically. (Bear in mind that all this could be true, and for humanity's sake I pray that it is)

So, some non-filing OTC stock that hasn't moved in a while on anything substantial, all of the sudden whips out some news about HIV breakthrough. Now, that for starters is weird and hard to beleive. The date was June 16, 1999. Up to today, July 19th, 1999, over 1 month later, WE STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM ANY NEWS SOURCES. Did you notice how quickly the news responded to the JFK thing? Don't you think if there was a major breaktrhough in HIV, which has been in testing for years and years, that a news company would be all over it by day's end? It has been a month. That strikes a flag to me.

Next, the company is registered in Las Vegas, NV, which is known for scammy companies.

Also, what is a company that is doing car dealerships involved in HIV research? Just curious.

Can you tell me what New Technologies and Concepts does? It was created on May 10, 1999 in NV.

Look at this and tell me this ain't weird -
"For further information, please contact Mr. Alfred Flores through the corporate offices of Uniprime at 1-888-892-2002 Or 1-702-798-5420." I have heard of companies taking interest by owning shares of a company, but I haven't heard of the people being under the same roof...Amazingly! the 2 "different" companies are located at the same address....hmmm

I think that is enough said. And I stand behind what I say. I don't like UPCA or DDEQ.

FM

I do agree on one thing...The STock market is legalized gambling, but there are some quality stocks out there that don't shoot up as many flags..I choose to play those.
