My guess is that if Q has component shortage, so do the rest of the players. Q's number 2 in market share, Nokia is 1. Nokia is a CDMA licensee, are they not? So even if they're not experiencing shortages, they will still be blowing out product with royalty payments going to Q.

Who does Q buy from? That could be our next side play.
