OK, Labs, let's see if I got this right:

earnings - one time events - losses from discontinued operations = .86

If you multiply that by 4, you get $3.44. Factoring in very conservative growth, you get forward earnings > $4.00. Using the 50 p/e justified by current growth rates, that should equate to a price of 200 in the near term future.
