ACCR - BudLong - Float 11 Million - .62 x .66 - Sympathy play with NTOP IPO

This is a daily pick for 7/20.
NTOP (Net2Phone, a div. of IDT) is set to IPO on 7/20, and is the leader in ACCR's industry, IP telephony. Although you wouldn't predict such based on today's activity, ACCR may get a boost from NTOP, much as tiny toy industry BB stocks enjoyed a spike with the IPO of eToys a while back.
