Spoke today with Schwab. They will now take ICGE and USIT orders. They are mailing the info, but if you have read the prospectus, you can put in orders now.

FWIW, WIT Capital is also participating in this IPO for those with accounts there who want add'l shares. You mut have an account in place and money in it to place an indication of interest.
