The Company has two major themes for future profitability:

1. The Value of its wireless frequencies
2. Acquisitions

#1 The Co. is an FCC Licensed Carrier (not to be confused with a mere reseller). It controls 37 frequencies in paging, Specialized Radio, Cellular. They control their own towers and transmitters. The FCC has frozen sales of new frequencies in their spectrum. Hence, the value should go up - just like with real estate where the supply is finite. The Co. estimates an off-blance sheet value of these frequencies to be between $15-20 million

#2 The Co. is attempting a roll-up of wireless resellers and carriers. The first focus is the Gulf Coast, then nationally. They've made six small acquisitions this year, and expect many more.
