Quiet period doesn't have any meaning regarding the company and its activities. The quiet period applies to the brokerage houses putting out buy/sell recommendations on stocks..

I think that is what you were asking....ISLD is abnormal though..Most IPO don't pour out this much PR...I like it though..Shows growth and keeps us informed..Although, that last PR looked like Chinese to me.
