I hate to sound ignorant, but can someone give me a definition of a tracking stock? Will current shareholders automatically get a piece of it? Or will current shareholders of MSFT have a chance to buy it at the initial offering price, or would current shareholders get zilch and have to buy it like every other John Doe? TIA Regards, Craig
