Auric - maybe you should read Edgar read more carefully - the only filing I have seen on Van Gothner indicates that he exercised options to buy 88,000 shares of common on June 29, 1999. Not a sale, not even a planned sale. Is there something more recent?? If so, I stand corrected . . . . but based on what I've seen, he's a buyer, not a seller. I'm sure you'll help illuminate (or admit that your post was meaningless). MST
