Well the stock is dropping like a rock and its not because of the additional stock offering. I believe it is two fold.
1. General market conditions at the moment.
2. Rockets over the Taiwan Unique Mobility Plant, or at least 29% of it.
Timing has been a hallmark of UQM's strategy and so... here we are.
I suggest, maybe, err buying at 4 or below?
