Tony, Here are the answers to your inquiry: What Compnay was Sold to whom? My company, TLO Oil Recovery Systems, Inc. used an dba of "Green Oasis Environmental, TLO" (With Carraway's permission.) My compnay purchased the exclusive distribution rights for the GRNO process for TX, LA, & Ok. Don Lynch purchased that company from me in 1995. His Company, Specialty Recovery Systems, Inc (SRS) is the company mentioned in the 4/30/96 press release. Why 5 months later on the Congrats letter to Lynch? Because it was then that I first discovered the www.greenoasis.com wewbsite and read the press release. Am I saying the press release was fabricated? I'm simply presenting my letter to the Preident of SRS as well as the response I received from his widow. You will have to come to your own conclusions Why Haven't I communicated this information before? Sometime in Nov 96 I discovered the GRNO thread. At that time I contacted Ron Reece and gave him the information I discovered about the Brazilian press release. We spoke on the phone and traded EMAIL regarding my concerns. I assumed he looked into it. My question is: What did Ron Reece do with this information? This Brazilian issue is pretty simple to verify, Contact Jamie Lynch, Vice President of the Braziilian Development Bank in San Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Don Lynch's widow Susan, still lives in Rio Frio, Texas as far as I know I hope I have answered your questions. DIVER
