I've been searching in vain for an article I thought I had saved about shareholder lawsuits. The bottom line was that shareholders see a VERY small fraction of any monies recover (IF any at all).

The ratbastard lawyers get the lions share as usual.

Think about it. I'm sure LeRACK takes 40-50% for litigating the case on contigency. That leaves the remaining 50% to be spread out between god knows how many people.

It just don't add up.
