Jeffrey D aka JS"D" - Do you think Lucent thought/KNOWS/thinks xstream UK is privately held too so when Berwyn and I and some others began asking questions about XSNI it caused those Lucent attorneys to ask questions of xstream UK and then the emails started flying from the UK warning me that Lucent attorneys are wondering what I am asking questions for, and Jonathan Capper told me that attorneys on both sides of the atlantic were watching me and this thread, and Mike Langdon issued me a warning; are they doing that with Bloomberg do you wonder? After all they are PUBLISHING FOR ALL THE WORLD not some chat line - and BLOOMBERG did GET THE INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM the xstream UK SOURCE, and if there is a mistake on bloomberG's part - RETRACTION IMMEDIATELY. And when I talked with the attorney from NYC and we discussed Mike Langdon's warning of Lucent attorneys watching and wondering what is going on, do you think that was a pleasant thing for that attorney to admit? Think bloomberg will get the intimidation calls and threats? if not, why not.
