I have been following UIS for a couple of years and attended the opening in PR (I also own a good chunk of this one, so you know my bias) and I have to admit that I am dumbfounded at the lack of share reaction to the opening.. maybe the market had such confidence in Mr. Norrie's ability to open the plant this summer that it already figured that into the climb from the $.30's level to this. I agree... despite their projections, I think that the market is waiting to see the first results before it moves. I have to admit, though... $.56 is a nice buy! I think that the financials and the eastern swing will bear fruit... no problem. Maybe $1.00 by the fall?? Hmmmmm... A
