Jeff it said in that article about Larach how much he get, the spilt was 1/3-2/3 don't know who gets what. It also talked about how much...or should I say how little the stock holders get back.

It also said the guy files some of these suits on the behalf of shareholders without ever being asked to....a true bloodsucker!
