Call me a ding-a-ling, but I'm getting this feeling that bio-techs and health care stocks are about to make a rebound. Just printed out a list of some stocks crossing that moving avg. and lo and behold, most were bio-techs. Check out IMCL's move today for example.

Any other thoughts on this beaten down sector?
