I noticed that Zacks has a report out on ECGOF. The say that ECGOF is rated 3rd out of 75 in the 'pollution control' industry (I think that is based on their estimated growth and strong buy ratings). I'll bet it is among the 3 lowest in P/E. Zack's has a hold based on their 'earnings revision' model. I don't think this model cares about the stock price of ECGOF. And since the analysts can't revise up from a strong buy and are unlikely to revise up from $1.20 for a while, the Zacks rating will stay where it is. Seems like a silly rating system. Dave
